About Us

What is SHOPMASY?

SHOPMASY is an online store that sells Filipino-themed goods for delivery almost anywhere in the world.

We aim to bring Filipinos (and Filipino-At-Heart) around the globe closer to home by selling Filipino products that are not usually available in other countries.

What can SHOPMASY do for me?

Aside from providing you an online bazaar shopping experience, SHOPMASY can:SHOPMASY can:

  • Deliver your purchased items to your Philippine or foreign address. Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, items on SHOPMASY are available for shipping anywhere in the world where it is allowed.
  • Be your personal shopper in the Philippines – if you can’t find what you’re looking for on any of our stores, you can use our PERSONAL SHOPPER SERVICE.
    Under the SERVICES category, choose PERSONAL SHOPPER. Fill out the form with your contact information and send us a picture of the item you are looking for. (You may also send us a link to the site where you found the item).

    Your assigned PERSONAL SHOPPER will contact you within 24 hours to further assist you with your Philippine shopping. Provided your item is not a prohibited commodity, we will deliver your item either locally in the Philippines or anywhere in the world.
  • GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE – Send gifts through Shopmasy. Choose any item from our site and indicate the address of the recipient of your gift on the Delivery Address when you Checkout.

    Indicate that you want to use our gift wrapping service as you check out. You may also include a dedication to send along with your gift.

How do I look for an item in SHOPMASY?

There are 3 ways to start your search for products at SHOPMASY.

Hover on the SHOP HERE from the home page to search by merchant. Once you select a merchant, you will be directed to the merchant’s page that features the product(s) you’re looking for.

You may also search for items by its product name or by the name of the store using the search box on the upper right corner of the page.

You can also browse items by category.

How do I place an order?

Click on the “Add to Cart” button to place your order. You may edit the quantity the item you’re ordering on the quantity field provided below the name of the item.

You may add more items on your shopping cart, or Check out.

You can pay for your order using VISA/MASTERCARD Credit Card or via Paypal. You may also deposit on our Dollar and Peso account.

How will I know if you have received my online order?

You will receive an email notification from SHOPMASY to confirm our receipt of the order you just placed. Please make sure you provide us with a valid email address. If you do not receive an email within an hour of placing your order, please notify us through customerservice@shopmasy.com.

What are my payment options?

SHOPMASY accepts a variety of payment options including credit and debit cards, payment via PayPal and Bank Deposit.

May I change my order delivery details (delivery date / delivery address) after it has been submitted?

Yes, if the item has not been sent out for delivery yet. If for any reason you wish to change order details, please give us a 24 - hour advance notice to implement delivery changes.

Immediately contact us or send us an email through customerservice@shopmasy.com on Mondays to Fridays, 9:00am to 6:00pm (Philippine Standard Time).

Isn’t it more expensive if you charge me in dollars?

If you convert our dollar prices to its peso equivalent, you will find that we charge the fairest price for the service that we offer. Try it, we’re sure you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

How do I change the quantity of my order?

To change or add the quantity of an item, go the Shopping Cart page. Type the new quantity in the box and click Ok to save the changes.

DELIVERY GUIDELINES

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide and worldwide. Please click here for the list of our country destinations.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge delivery based on the destination and weight of your order.

For individual country shipping costs, once you select your destination country on the checkout page the shipping rates will be updated in the 'Order Summary' section.

NOTE: Countries may charge taxes and import duties which are the responsibility of the customer. Fees that will be charged if any depend on the country of delivery, and must be paid to the local tax authority upon receipt of your package. Contact your local Customs office for further information. International shipments may be delayed by the customs process and/or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

What are your delivery schedules?

SHOPMASY needs 2 days lead time to place and process your order from merchants. Then once your item arrives in our warehouse, we shall send it to final destination via the network of RAF International. Please refer to the destination guide for specific transit of your order or shipment.

For international shipments, delivery may take anywhere from 5 to 12 business days depending on delivery zone.

What if the recipient is not home at the time of the delivery?

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person will have the order received by a person who claims affinity to the recipient and is present at the exact address.

Is there any proof of delivery?

Your order will be covered by an airwaybill which will be signed by the recipient upon delivery to confirm the completion of the service. You may ask about who received the order through customerservice@SHOPMASY.com

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. However, there are restrictions on items that we are allowed to ship.

What are the benefits of having an account?

An account with SHOPMASY will make your shopping easier. The billing and shipping addresses you have keyed in once will be readily available on your next order.

You can store other shipping addresses and use it anytime you need it.

How do I open an account?

I have a Peso and a Dollar account. Can I combine the points?

Peso and Dollar accounts are independent from one another. Points earned in Peso account will not reflect your Dollar account and vice versa. You can convert and transfer points from Peso account to Dollar or vice versa. Email us at customerservice@SHOPMASY.com to request for this option.

Do I get discounts if I am a regular customer?

If you frequent our site or become a registered member, you will regularly receive special promotional discounts and privileges. So, the more you shop, the cheaper it gets!

SECURITY & PRIVACY

Is it safe to purchase with my credit card online?

Absolutely! We never send personal information, such as your credit card numbers, over the internet in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We verify the identities of our sellers and do not remit your payments to them until they have fulfilled your order. We use state of the art SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Encryption - The safest internet security encryption available anywhere.

Our ordering system is outsourced from the best technology available in the USA and is used by some of the best e-commerce sites in the world. Our payment system is processed thru PayPal secure sites, and credit card information is not stored in SHOPMASY’s database.

Is my personal information secure?

SHOPMASY respects your privacy and takes special care in keeping all your order information confidential. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to personal identifiable information. If one of these representatives leaves the workstation, he or she is required to lock the station until she returns.

SHOPMASY does not rent or sell information from web orders or e-mail registrations to third parties. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy statement.

How does SHOPMASY use my personal information?

Customer information is used for the sole purpose of fulfilling the order and distributing information that is of direct benefit to our customers. You can be confident that all your information will be kept safe and private.

SHOPPING

Can I return and exchange products?

At this time, no returns will be allowed unless the product that was shipped to you is NOT what you ordered. You may NOT return or exchange an item for another size, color or item. Make sure you purchase the correct item(s) and size before paying for your products.

All sales are FINAL for Food items, Personal Care, Beauty Products.
We cannot accept returns on custom designed items.

How do I return a damaged or defective item?

In case of damage, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our Customer Support team. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

If the damage cannot be verified via email, we may require you to return the item to us for inspection before a determination can be made.

Do you deliver outside the Philippines?

Yes. SHOPMASY is powered by RAF International and partner agents worldwide with over 25 years of established network experience in international freight forwarding.

Can I cancel my order?

Sure! As long as your seller hasn’t scheduled your order for pick up, you can cancel anytime by getting in touch with our Customer Service at (02) 423.5609.

How do I get a refund?

We deposit refunds for PayPal transactions 3 days after the refund is approved.

For credit card transactions, our system automatically reposts the amount back to the account. The timeline depends on your credit card provider.

Do you accept international credit cards?

As long as they’re Visa, Mastercard and American Express, they’re good.

Can I buy from SHOPMASY online stores without registering?

We’re sorry but all buyers must be registered. But registration is easy, we promise! Try it here.
