Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("terms") govern your use of SHOPMASY.

By placing an order, you understand and confirm that you are bound by these terms, in addition to the Privacy Policy of this online shop. These terms apply to any activity that you engage in on this online shop.

1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The merchandise available on SHOPMASY platform may be obtained from the following:

(1) actual brand owners or

(2) authorized distributors/resellers who are defined as "sellers" on SHOPMASY. SHOPMASY reserves the right, without need for prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any and/or all products. Should SHOPMASY or the Seller be unable to supply you with a product you have ordered and paid for, an alternative product will be offered or a full refund issued. 2. PRICING When applicable, prices are VAT inclusive (12%). Sales invoices will be provided and be delivered with your purchase. SHOPMASY reserves the right to modify the prices of Seller’s products available on SHOPMASY, based on a prior documented agreement with Seller, at any time, without prior notice.

3. PAYMENT SHOPMASY accepts the following payment methods:

• Western Union Direct to Bank Money Transfer

• Credit Cards

• PayPal

4. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Sellers on SHOPMASY may be the following: "manufacturer" or the "brand owner", or "authorized distributor" or "reseller" of the products. In either case, most of the products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Otherwise, special warranty conditions are indicated in the product's description.

5. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR UNSUITABLE PRODUCTS

If, within 7 days after a product is delivered to you, and the product is subsequently deemed defective, you are entitled to a full refund.

Please note that the following conditions will NOT render the product damaged, defective, or unsuitable as aforesaid and will not entitle you to repair, replacement, or refund:

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear.

• If the product has been dealt with or used contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

• Where you or someone unauthorized to do so has altered or damaged the product.

6. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT


Should you not be satisfied with any product you purchased from sellers on SHOPMASY by reason of a defect, incorrect choice of product, you may, under certain circumstances, be entitled to a refund or replacement, as the case may call for. Sellers will be duly informed and will perform proper product evaluation within 7 business days after receipt of the product/s. For qualified returns, sellers may offer an alternative product. However, an exact product replacement cannot be guaranteed. Should the seller be unable to produce an exact replacement, sellers will issue a full refund. The buyer will shoulder any shipping costs incurred from the return process unless it is verified that the product has a factory defect.

1. A buyer may return, exchange or be refunded so long as his/her purchase meets any of the following criteria: o The request was placed within three (3) business days from the delivery date unless specified. This applies to all requests. o The item must be in same condition as when it was received, with all tags intact o If the item is damaged due to handling o The product does not work or is defective o The item is not the one ordered by the buyer o There are missing parts or items that should be included in the package o Not as described

2. Items that may not be returned: o Clothing or items that have been used or fitted like, but not limited to, undergarments, swimwear, or breast pumps. o Skincare and cosmetic products with tampered seals or that have already been used. o Food products that have been touched or partly consumed. o Defective items that were mishandled by the buyer o For services such as beauty salons, restaurants, and others, no refund shall be issued if not availed within the validity period as specifically stated in the voucher; unless the service was not honored by the merchant or any similar circumstances.

3. Disclaimer for some food supplements or cosmetic products: While sellers work to ensure that product information is correct, on occasion manufacturers may alter their ingredient lists. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that shown on SHOPMASY. We recommend that you do not solely rely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. For additional information about a product, please contact the manufacturer. Content from sellers on SHOPMASY is for reference purposes and is not intended to substitute advice given by a physician, pharmacist, or other licensed health-care professionals.


7. REFUNDS

 Refunds will be offered in the form of cash via bank deposit, check, or charge reversal for Credit Card transaction, whichever is applicable.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION SHOPMASY reserves the right to cancel any order you make for any product if you fail to process the payment within 7 business days, or if you fail our validation or security authentication. If payment has already been made right after we canceled the order, we will enable the order and process it, or issue a full refund. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, to our discretion, suggest a replacement, which has substantially similar functions and specifications as the product/s originally ordered, or cancel your order and issue a refund. You may cancel your order if a product you have ordered is not delivered within 30 days after payment.

9. SHIPPING & INSURANCE Your order will be dispatched within 7 working days after the payment verification. Transit time nationwide is 1 to 7 business days. Insurance is inclusive of the shipping fee incurred nationwide.

10. LATE DELIVERY We make every effort to deliver goods within the said period. SHOPMASY and Sellers are not liable for any reasonable amount of delay in the delivery of your purchase due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
